Does anyone know what DJ quik song these lyrics are from?

"Kiss the haters in their mouth/Just like Bugs does to elmer fudd"

and right before he says something like:
"I've been everywhere from chingy to a penthouse" or something like that I heard it today on 100.3 The Beat but it sounds really familiar

He's been rappin quite a bit lately, which wasn't happening since he said he retired.

Could it be he's trying to create a buzz (add the Game DJing thing) and then come up with a new album out of the blue?

I heard he retired also, but if you check www.dj-quik.net it says his new album is dropping in 05, so i guess that song was a new one you heard from it?  Lets hope!!
