Im not a friend of that trend to make funny "Horror"-Movies.. wtf is that.. I want straight Horror or straight Comedy.. this hybrid is just wrong in my opinon. Comedy wont scare you and Horror wont make you laugh.. both of it in one move is just weird and destroys atmosphere. The only thing Im cool with in "Horror"-Movies is when a death is funny somehow.

the only horror movies that i don't laugh at are the psychological ones.....all those slashers, monster movies are full of campy scenes and jokes

Anyways, whoever says Horror and Comedy doesn't mix needs to get checked...The "Child's Play" movies are Horror classics, and they've all been categorized as Horror with elements of Comedy..."Nightmare on Elm Street", "Leprechaun", "It", "Halloween", "Texas Chainsaw Massacare", "Friday the 13th", etc. have ALL incorporated Comedy into the genre...Chucky has always been a funny slasher, and that's what makes people watch the movies...I'll definitely be checking this out...PeAcE

Don't know about Child's Play (never saw it) but I dont have a problem with movies like "Nightmare on Elm Street", "Leprechaun", "It", "Halloween", "Texas Chainsaw Massacare", "Friday the 13th" when it comes to comedy.. still, the last Chucky movie was too much comedy imo and Seed of Chucky wont be different when it comes to this.

ok you caught me, Im exposed on that one.. I havent seen Leprechaun.. I just copy and pasted and was too lazy to cut it out.. but strike through Lebrechaun and you got my opinon.

Well, maybe it's personal preference, but the "Nightmare on Elm Street" franchise is known for its comedy, and that's one of the greatest franchises there is...

I fucking hate chucky with such a passion, I would love to shoot that little fucker with a double barrely shotty till he's fucking dust. Can't wait to see it though, looks like a good movie to watch when I'm bored.
