Netherlands coach Marco van Basten called up Andre Ooijer and Barry van Galen on Sunday for Wednesday's World Cup Group One qualifier against Andorra in Barcelona.
In a statement the Dutch FA (KNVB) said that the AZ Alkmaar midfielder Van Galen would replace Rafael van der Vaart, who was substituted an hour into Ajax's 1-1 draw against Feyenoord with a knee injury on Sunday.
PSV Eindhoven's Andre Ooijer was also called up after Ajax's Nigel de Jong dropped out on Sunday with a head injury.
Midfielder Edgar Davids is also doubtful with a back injury that kept him out of Inter Milan's Serie A match at Cagliari on Sunday.
Revised squad:
Goalkeepers: Edwin van der Sar (Fulham), Maarten Stekelenburg (Ajax Amsterdam)
Defenders: Khalid Bhoulahrouz (RKC Waalwijk), Mario Melchiot (Birmingham City), Andre Ooijer (PSV Eindhoven), Philip Cocu (PSV Eindhoven), Giovanni van Bronckhorst (Barcelona), Joris Mathijsen (AZ Alkmaar)
Midfielders: Mark van Bommel (PSV Eindhoven), Barry van Galen (AZ Alkmaar), Edgar Davids (Barcelona), Wesley Sneijder (Ajax Amsterdam), Denny Landzaat (AZ Alkmaar)
Forwards: Pierre van Hooijdonk (Fenerbahce), Roy Makaay (Bayern Munich), Romeo Castelen (Feyenoord), Arjen Robben (Chelsea), Dirk Kuijt (Feyenoord), Ruud van Nistelrooy (Manchester United)
