well first, I went to Best Buy and when I looked down the 'Rap Aisle' I didn't even have to look for the new album because there was a crowd of people picking it up. I have a feeling it's going to sell well.

lol, how do you like it ?

Its dope. I was talkin w/ HB the soul brotha and we were sayin its like a combination of all of his albums. He has some dope moments on there, I just wish "Riders on the Storm" was on it cuz that shit is crazy :o

I just picked this up today too, I hadn't heard anything other than his first single before this.
There are some nice songs on there, and some not so nice ones. It was worth my 12 bucks tho.

I bought it, to add to the collection. Didn't want to really break the tradition, I've bought every Snoop album the day it came out (Save Doggystyle, which I slept on for a few months)

lol same here. I had to get a friend to tape Doggystyle for me cuz I wasn't allowed to have it. But I got it at a swap meet a few months later. Then when Tha Doggfather came out, I remember my Dad taking me to the mall to get it the day it came out. aaah memories.

Yea, I really enjoy this album. My favorite song at the moment is "ups and downs." This year has been a tough life expierence for me. The song lifts my spirits. I guess, I like seeing Snoop grow on his work. Yes, he still has his gang bang music along with his exploitive women songs, but it's toned down now. At least, that's where I am now in my life, so this album fits with me.
