1.3329 against the Euro.

And is expected to potentially reach 1.40 in a month or two, but 1.35 is more likely for the near future.

it doesn't but it will begin to affect american businesses, and american consumers as inflation continues to rise.  inflation was the highest its been since 1992 in october.

No I actually wanted Bush to lose because I felt America would be worse off if he won.  Admittedly, Dollar devaluation is a consequences of his 1st term, and would have happened regardless even if Kerry won.  Now we get to wait and find out what the consequences of his second term will be.  You seem to believe I'm a crazy democrat, honestly the only reason I ever became political is because my background studying economics made me aware of how disasterous his Administration's decisions have been, and will be for America.

I hope that is true.. I am not a wild supporter of Bush nor am I even a republican given the choices I prefer Bush over Kerry. I think the dollars situation is a temporary thing though.

Devaluation of the dollar to me personally means I can import cd's from the US to Europe for a reasonable price  ;D Then again, this might fuck up the whole global economy, so after all I'm not even thát happy about it  :o
