what the hell did he do? he didnt write direct or act, wtf did he do?

It was something to do with Miramax wanting to cut out 30 minutes of the movie out. Quention didn't like this and made a deal with them. Miramax puts his name on the title so they can draw more people to go see the movie, but they show the movie in it's entirety.
