Title: Credit Threads (Formatting)

Is there a certain format you're supposed to do these in?  Cause I've got a whole bunch on Microsoft Word, but my format is different than what I'm seeing them here.

Mine look like this:

14.   Oh no – w/50 Cent [Ron Browz, Sha Money XL]
