If so, please castrate yourself! Aromatic The Album is one of the illest albums this year. The Entire Steady Gang is on it, Xzibit, Krondon, Mitchy Slick (who kills it), Chace, Khalil (had some heated production as usual) and Planet Asia. Raekwon is on the album, too. If you ain't picked it up, you need to.
-
You forgot to forget it here. HAHA. I need to just go pick it up.
Phil Da Agony -- I just had to throw the name in...
-
I haven't heard it yet, but I've heard good things. I'll probably check it out.
-
I would like to buy it...but I haven`t found it from here.... :(
-
its a dope album. I had forgotten about it, thanks for reminding me.
-
Ill pick up the album as soon as I get a chance too,Ive heard like half of the album & all the songs were banging.
-
I copped it the day it droped its pretty dope

Been into Phil's music for a while now - I really like the way he and the entire Steady Gang mixes elements of hip-hop with that of the 'gangsta' rap genre. Khalil's production is great (does anyone have a production CV for him? In the Vault maybe?) as are the beats from other contributors like Hi Tek, and the appearances are also on point. Kweli ripped it on ''For The City'' (I only wish his verse was longer!), as did Chace and Raekwon on ''1,000 Words'', as did Asia on ''Pat Jenkins'', as did...well, you know what I'm getting at. Also nice to see X, Phil and Krondon go back and forth on ''I Can't Believe''. Favourite tracks have got to be ''Promises'' and ''Long Time Ago'' - those two bump hard.
As you can probably tell by now, I heartily recommend this one. One of the best rap albums of '04 in my humble opinion ;)

it's a good album... too many people sleep on s.a.s. artists anyway

Still sleepin on this

I downloaded alot of tracks from it seeing as how I couldn't find it here, and not sure when it'll be here, and its really dope.

-
I won't bootlegg Phil Da Ag.
Mitchy is on the first cut. X introduces Phil for about a minute, then a track comes in. Mitchy kills it.
-
I bought it the day it came out. Some real shit on there, the production is fire, Im luvin the Hi Tek and Khalil production. Phil kills it on most of the tracks, so does Mitchy Slick on that song he's featured. Dont sleep on some real Hip Hop

^^ If you like any of Phil's music that you have previously heard, I guarantee you'll like this. Do yourself a favour and cop it.
-
I just think its funny that Xzibit pretty much executive produce it and it turned out better than his cd.
3.75/5 My only complaint was to many skits
