Vazquez had an off year last year with the Yankees but his ERA before has always been around 3.50 with the Expos.  Now he will be pitching at Dodger stadium.

3B Duncan was also part of the deal, if A Rod wasnt with the yankees Duncan would prolly be playing for them.  Hes a top prospect

Green is overpaid he should have been gone 2 years ago.

Either Kent or Choi will play 1b.  If Choi plays 1b, kent goes to third.

OF is ??  Werth and Bradley can pretty much play anywhere in the OF.

Unless the Dodgers would have renogotiated a contract with Hudson, it would have only been a one year player for us.  Why give up our prospects for a rental?

Im not cool about Brazoban leaving though.

Yep, I was just about to post about that. Tom you got yourself's a GREAT player man, I've watched him his whole Career in Toronto, and boy let me tell you he's gonna have a BIG year for the mets next year. Somethin like 40-45 homers, and about 100-125 RBI.

It's sad to see him leave T.O after playin his whole career here, but he wanted to go to the mets for the money, I dunno why he was so damn money hungry after the Jays opened the bank HUGE in 2000 for him, whatever though good luck in NY.

I was surprised to see Beltre end up in seattle. but good for them. the 2 new additions to the M's should vastly improve there lineup which already includes boone and inchiro.

lets see if the BoSox sign some pitching with the loss of pedro. not really impressed with the signing of David Wells. Did david lowe re-sign?

I don't know, I heard the Dodgers are expressing a lot of interest in him now.....especially with all they've lost I wouldn't be surprised to see him in a Dodger Uniform next year  ;D

Why go for Delgado when we have a younger version of Delgado alrready in our squad! (Choi)

Looks like we are going after JD Drew though.  HIs OBP was sick last year .414 :o

yeah Dodgers are interested in trying to sign J.D. Drew and Eric Milton....also heard they may try and go after Orlando Hernandez.....all this probably won't happen but these are the rumors going around along with them being "interested" in Delgado

PS.  Ishii will be in a Yankee uniform next year if this trade goes down  :'(

YEAH REALLY, yo Javier ive always thought you knew tons about sports, especially baseball, but that comment makes me think not. Choi and Delgado even mentioned in the same sentence? LOLLOL... where's the comparison between the 2? Delgado is 4 times the player Choi is.

When i said younger version of Delgado, i literally meant younger version before Delgado started to put up some huge numbers.  If you look at Chois two seasons where he played regulary  and Delgados seasons in his first few years before he exploded they are extremely similiar..from extra base hits, OBP, Batting Average, alll the stats u can find. sorry i ddint meant like a younger actual version of delgado, but delgado asa a young player
