Title: my laptops fucked !!!

this'll prolly be moved, so i'll word it in a way where it may not... i been thinkin... i just formatted my laptop, and somethings wrong, when i scroll down in my browser its jumpy, not smoothe.... it all runs smoothe apart from this, any thoughts ?

stop using IE, otherwise reinstall windows.

hmm i thoguht it could be graphics card bad drivers or some shizz...

I'd suggest trying a windows update? Or maybe just getting another browser, or trying to restore you're windows to another restore point...

if its a graphics problem then check the device manager...

right click my computer>properties>hardware tab>device manager...

if any of the devices have exclamation marks next to them, they dont have the proper drivers installed...just an idea
