I think so too... the release is under 2 weeks away.. which as i understand it is too far gone to stop stuff thats out in distribution channels.. unless a full expensive recall is done.

just a sidenote.. the rippers probably had the cd long before.. but stalled till now to prevent a leak being traced.. if 100,000s of game cd's are now being shipped all over the world ready for sale soon then the leak could have come from anywhere.

I just saw a commercial for it, 18th is the date.

i went to NY and boston for about a week and he was gettin played in both cities i was suprised......seems to be blowing up out there too.....in NY i seen ads for his shit that simply said the game the logo he has and under it said jan 18th..... so i think its officially set for the 18th

I was checking around Uk sites earlier today and everywhere has it scheduled for the 17th - apart from the Virgin Megastore site, which has a week later.
