different shit, is this some program or what? cause it's always the same voice......... one example is the

woman talking in beginning off

or the intro for Tha Dogg Pound - Tha Dogg Pound 2002, 1st track, where the woman goes Listen to this shit with caution.... etc

how do they do that?

theres a program for that. i used to have it but I forgot what its called. you type in the words and chose what kind of voice you want (man/woman, high/low pitch, etc)

i know what ya mean rtistic.. its that text to speech shit...

look under accessories -> accessibility -> narrator in windows xp

its stuff that plugs into that.. click the link on there i think to get other programs + more voices
