regulators by warren g and nate dogg. a friend of my said it samples some old song and beat. she wants me to download it for her , so if anyone knows  , much appreciated

Although the track is tight, but a poor example of what G-Funk is. All old school heads know its a song called " I Keep Forgettin' ( I think that's the title) by Michael McDonald of the Doobie Brothers

the version of regulate which has got michael mcdonald singin and warren g is fuckin tight most ppl foreget this exists it tokk me like a year to find it in mp3 when regulate was first released it was on the radio alot but no 1 remembers its strange
