The beat that Dre did for 50 Cent's "In Da Hood" sounds really East Coast influenced. And the song "U Know" off Xzibit's Restless album has a little East Coast vibe to it.
-
Don't know the name of the trac, but it's off the Firm album and features Canibus. Shit's fire.

My favorite Dr. Dre beats that weren't for a West Coast rapper are:
1. Mary J. Blige - "Family Affair" / This beat is one of the illest beats he ever did. I just wish he gave it to a West Coast rapper or even any rapper. I still love the song but I would of liked it to have been a rap song.
2. 50 Cent - "In Da Club" / The beat is addictive.
P.S.
3. Eve - "Let Me Blow Ya Mind" - The beat was crazy.
-
cmon ya'll stop being wise asses...
yes busta is on aftermath...
