i drink water before during and after and i like to have a meal after i workout it just feels better but i cant work out with an empty stomach either so im not sure

I Eat Apples and Bananas, And Drink water, i always have some sort of snack before, because like AG, i cant work out with an empty stomach

I'm talking bout like specific energy products mostly, or a specific food that really gives you a whole bunch of energy.

Eat diff foods about 2 hours before you go in, pastas, breads, etc.If you get tired during the work out take Redline.That will wake you the fuck up.

naw..gatorade is the best drink cuz it puts back electrolytes in ur body...drinking gallons of water is not the best idea, it speeds up the osmosis process which is not at all good for ur body. If i were to see any good that would help you during the excersize would be power bars and before workout i think an apple because apple has enough glucose to to get your energy level higher through ATP. Something you wanna drink before excersize is water or gatorade.

I used to take ephedrine pills, but they are really really bad for you. So I used caffeine pills. They worked pretty good.

B vitamins and Potassium are vitamins which give you energy.
Creatine is something that gives you lots of extra energy to work out. (Creatine is made naturally in your body, but if you take additional amounts it will give you more energy) I know alot of people who swear by this stuff..

ya but the thing about creatine is it just adds water to ur muscles. it doesnt make a big impact
