Ok, I'll be honest... I used to try and spit 40 bars and that shit was hard so most my 40 bars verses just never made it. I had mad respect for those that did 100, Rakim and Canibus... then Game hit 200 and I was blown the fuck away, now 300. Damn

naw, i've done 100 bars... it all depends on the lenght of the lines and shit... nobody can do that if they pump out their longest most complex lines, but with short lines it's not that hard. not saying that Game did that on his first shit tho, that i don't know.

my shit of course wasn't freestyle, and it didn't turn out very good either ;)

i liked the first one it was very good most artists do songs and shit but to just freestyle for practices is the shit cuz you can only get better. look at eminem he rides every beat like they were meant for him. like ludacris says it marry your words with the beat and 300 bars and runnin got me waiting to run.
