Title: Need help with course work!

Has anyone ever studied anything to do with product design? I have a Design Assingment to hand in and its about a steering wheel. I ain't got a clue what to do. Anyone know any info on shit like this?

Yeah thats ok but i need a site that will basically show me what to do and fast.
