will smith is definitely a better actor than a rapper, but he should be at the top of this list.
Next are Pac and Cube
other pretty good actors are Q-Tip and Mos Def. Mos is gonna be in a movie version of "THe Hitch Hiker's GUide to the Galaxy."

yes Ice-T is a wack actor,Cam´ron is another wack actor,Beanie Sigel & SP sucks as actors,3-6 Mafia sucks as actors,C-Muder & NL sucks as actors,Snoop suck as an actor. well shit 99% of the rappers out there sucks as actors.

will smith is a dope actor, but not the tightest of rappers. Pac was not bad at either, i think Mos Def does have potential as an actor and he might be the best MC that comes to mind right now
