to buy doggystyle allstars so i could copy it onto mini disc...
To be honest im not gonna at all.
That album is straight WAK, theres the odd track here and there which is good but overall i can't believe how rubbish it was. My friend who is a HARDCORE snoop fan obviously loves it...
but 2 quick questions..
why is the beat for "Whateva" (from the paid the cost advance) used on the album, does that mean it probably won't end up on snoops new album?.
Finaly where the hell was Butch Casidy, Doggys Angels, the Eastsidaz and Bad Azz.?
I thought they were on snoops label?
Anyway after 5 straight listens to the album (we listened to it non stop for about 5 hours while playing CapCom Vs SNK. :))
I'd give it 3 mics, maybe 2.5.

Butch, Eastsidaz and Bad Azz are the most talented on the damn ;abel but they dont get used. Shame.

this cd was pure crap :(

Straight wack means 3 mics ?? I'd give it 2, I was quite disappointed

Well it wasn't straight wak, i mean soopafly was amazing (as always) and some of the beats were cool and snoops performance was ok in places.
Its just overall it was poor, and yeh i'd give it 2.5/5

;D
Snoop wanted Soopafly,RBX and E White to shine on this album to let us see what these guys have to offer, we all know how tight Butch, Bad Azz and tha Eastsidaz are, thats the reasoning I think
and BTW this album was not crap, it was just different cause the production was east coast like (DJ Scratch,Alchemist and HI Tek)
Me, an east coast fan to fullest as well, I liked this album and give it
4/5 Latoya Williams if thats her name sucks

i didn't think it was that bad. It's jus not what everyone expects these dayz (which is cross over rap/pop) snoops jus doin his own thing, and he's good at it. he doesn't need to follow the trend.
