I mean Suga Free is doing now what Too Short did 20 years ago! But he's fresh, and he's making fresh music. Too Short already said everything, imo. But some of his albums are really entertaining and he's a pioneer in this type of rap, you know. I go with him and his career.

Free....Better flow and lyrics. I always thought Too Short had bad lyrics even though he is funny and has a good flow. I also think Free is more of a pimp, I mean what he talks about is real.
Plus Suga Free has Street Gospel, of the best westcoast albums ever IMO.

I love both of them. But I miss the Oakland Too Short; which is the Legend. The new version of Too Short I cannot defend. With Suga Free he is literally talking about shit that he has done. Matter of fact Pimpin' is part of the reason it takes him so long to come out with an album. Street Gospel 1998( I think) New Testament 2004

Terrible matchup, cuz Too Short is a fucking legend with a straight forward rap style, while Free is still coming up in the game and is known for his off beat flow. I would have to pick Too Short because of his track record, evne tohugh I rank Free as one of my favorite rappers. I also wanna see if Free can hold his own without Quik.

Suga Free is dope as fuck. I'd take 2005 Suga free over 2005 Too $hort any day. However I'd take late 80's early 90's Too $hort over Suga Free so I voted for Too $hort. Suga Free is a dope emcee but Too $hort is a pioneer and a legend.
