Title: Best "on the rise" rap-cat from the west is Oowee?

I just gotta say dat the nr.1 song from the west this month is dat Oowee feat. Snoop Dogg track called "Why Cry"!
The track is smooth as hell!

I know there's been posts about this recently and the song is up at dubcnn.com, but where can I find out more
about this upcoming cat Oowee?

that track is bangin... but this dude isnt bringin back the west with a flow and sound that songs like he's from the south/ midwest... peace
