It didn't calm Apple down when Luxpro said "It's not identical to Ipod shuffle, it's better".  ;D

people been doing this for ages trying to steal apples design but they all fail.....this shit is just wrong....but its been done before take this for example...

by law you only have to change something 15% for it to be your own.  But I'm sure Apple will still put em under.
