Title: Lil E song featuring Tupac and Big???

I just got satellite radio, so I just heard this song tonight. It was a tight azz beat and the artist was Lil E featuring Tupac and Big. Is this shit old and I'm just now hearing it or is it new? Sounds like a Dre track. Anyone know who produced that shit?
