The second guy is Vigilante.  I think KRS-One was trying to put him on at the time.  I don't recall ever really hearing of him after this song.

Buckshot and Redman came off the best here.

o yeah i got them confused, they both have the same asian actor in those movies. damn what else was on that soundtrack, i remember some guy called truck turner. i really dont know what the song that made me buy the soundtrack was.
