this might be crazy but im thinking that someone or something is holding back Higher from radio play. remember when it was supposed to be the single, and it was for about a week, then got pulled? radio stations were playing it like crazy, then had to stop. after the album came out, i heard random songs off the cd more than Higher when i know for a fact that Higher would be the most impactful of all songs that have not been chosen as a single.
they need to release that shit somehow

i honestly dont like either, but i do think higher would have a better impact on his albums.........imo i would like "Start From Scratch" or "Like Father, Like Son" to be released as singles.......... 8)

i'll second that. put you on the game has gotten a great response when i've dropped it during a set. has a similar rhythm to in da club but faster - great party track.

Put you on the game - Definitely will be a club smash, everybody will be singin that shit
Dreams - Cool song that won't really be in clubs but all on radio if worked right, and I hear the video is epic so that would work
Higher - Really doesn't get a GREAT response from everyone. West coast fans love it, and some east coast n down south people like it too, but it doesn't have the same effect as "Put you on the game" when you put it on in the club, believe me.

I donno about Put you on the Game, but 50 DEFINITELY didn't write the hook for Higher. He did a hook on it originally but they took it off and Game did one.

I don't know if they kept part of a hook he did or whatever, but Black Friday told me that 50 did a hook for it and that they weren't feelin it and Game did it over. So since 50's name is in the credits, maybe he did part of it, but the entire hook definitely wasn't his. I remember Friday say that the hook 50 did was sayin some more shit about bein "in the club" on it. That's why I had a feeling that the hook on "Outta control" may have been similar to the one on Higher that he did at first.

agree with u Jome. I know 50 has a huge influence plus this album was released under Gunit/Aftermath but who really decide to choose the singles?.If dre and Iovine are agree to release Higher , can 50 do really something against ?

put you on the game would have been a sick club hit and start from scratch would have blown to simply beacuse its a great track, nuttin club about it, but the lyrics, beat and hook are sick, most people would dig that and it would also show game can come real to to people who dont know much about him
