Dyer & Bowyer in amazing punch-up

Newcastle pair Kieron Dyer and Lee Bowyer were sent off in disgrace for fighting during their side's 3-0 home defeat against Aston Villa.
Dyer and Bowyer exchanged blows in the middle of the Newcastle half three minutes after Villa had gone 3-0 up.

The duo had to be separated by Villa goalscorer Gareth Barry and several of their teammates, though not before Bowyer's shirt had been ripped.

Both will miss the FA Cup semi-final against Manchester United on 17 April.

The most stupid thing about it is that they now both miss the FA Cup semi final against Man U, so they have effectively ruined Newcastle's chances of making the final, as both of them have been on really good form the last 2-3 weeks. Souness looked mad as hell in that press conference after the game.

Neither one can handle themselves very well. Fair play to Bowyer for having a pop in the first place, Dyer is a complete cunt. Was Bowyer crying when Barry pulled him away? Fucking ugly tosser.

Yeah. Was involved in the ruckas with Woodgate back in Leeds when some Asian got a deserved shoeing. Also refused a burger from McDonalds because an Asian has passed it to him, and ended up throwing chairs about.

in the papers today (ok just "The Star") has a lot of coverage on Bowyer saying "its my fault" n that he was upset coz this hot blonde chick he was with dumped him two days before..

Bowyer has always been in trouble so it wasnt much of a surprise, but it was fuckin funny watching it and hearing the commentators, Bowyer got give a Ŗ200k fine
