So AZ just won in Spain from Villareal, so there's a very good chance AZ will go through the semi finals... obviously, Villareal was the strongest team left in the UEFA Cup and AZ just managed to win from them in Spain!

2morrow the return in alkmaar, it seemed az would have to miss a lot of important players (kromkamp, mathijsen eg), but now it seems almost everybody's ready to play villareal... semi final: az - newcastle 8)
