Man if this dude could keep spittin like this I could actually take him serious.
"They say heaven's for churchgoers and hell's for the heathens
So I'ma just ball the fuck out while I'm breathin [DAMN THAT WAS NICE!]
Eighth after eighth, what'chu know about that fast flip?
Crack spots, smoky fiends suckin on that glass dick
Now Sham stay askin for a dime for 9
I'll tell you what, I'll hook you up just one last time
Customs is comin son is pumpin watch the packs dissolve
Singles, C-notes to food stamps, we stackin it all
That's that joint what's his name son? I don't remember
That Haitian nigga with the guitar that sing "Gone 'Til November"
I do a buck-forty in the rain, hydroplanin
Lamborghini Diablo, candy painted
Got that hydro burnin, got the burner in the stash
Hit the hazards, hit the AC, then it come out the dash
If I in the club son and niggaz start dumbin
Start shootin and I ain't strapped, fuck it I'm runnin" [OOH AGAIN!]
that whole verse is nice but those highlighted parts were crazy.

Damn...
You're 2 for 2 today...
I've always thought this was one of the strongest songs on young bucks album and it easily gets the most play from me...
My favorite part is:
I do a buck-forty in the rain, hydroplanin
Lamborghini Diablo, candy painted
I always thought that last part was funny as hell...
His first album was get rich or die trying right?
Now he's up in the club running so I guess he got rich? I always thought this verse was his transition from the GRODT days to his newer candyshop type shit...
LOL I was REAL fadedwhen I thought that last part up so take it with a grain of salt...
-
that verse is nice, all he has to do is stay away from the Candyshop bullshit. Thats what pisses me off.
btw Yayos verse was ass on bonafied hustler
-
Yayo had 2 separate verses...the one that made the CD and the one he did for the video\edited version. Both are tight...
-
wat videoversion?
does it have a video?
-
What's happening to WCC, 50 Cent get props in several threads.. ?? ???
-
^believe it or not i actually like 50. i just disagree with a lot of the contradicting shiet he does.
uhh and "The Massacre" is still garbage
-

Yup...a few weeks ago, they premiered Young Buck's new joint "Look At Me Now" with "Bonafide Hustler" at the end. The video for both is tight as hell...got Kon Artis in there, 50, Banks, Yayo...Yayo on the Greyhound rapping, shit's tight...
-
This track is another reason why I loved the Young Buck albumso uch more than the rest, this was some of the hottest shit I've heard from 50 but sadly his good shit is clouded byt Candyshop and such :grumpy:

Umm... I think 1 new groupie joined the forum, started creating some positive threads about 50 and then suddenly everyone jumped the bandwagon?
Maybe it's just me, but I don't find Bonafied Hustler that special. There's plenty of other tracks on Straight outta Ca$hville that's loads better, imo. Think of tracks like "Bang Bang", "Thou Shall" and "Black Gloves".
-
yea the whole tune is crazy, hella nice verse from 50 imo
& why does everyone say GRODT is 50's first album
I always 4t it was Guess Whos Back?
-
power of the dollar was fifty's first album and wasnt that verse on a song with obie trice? I think it was called hustler
-

"Power of the dollar", is what I thought? Even though I'm not sure it officially got released, that's his first album (he did in 1999 and 2000). I'm sure there's a "Power of the dollar EP" available though, that dropped around the same time.
"Guess who's back" is just a bunch of unreleased underground stuff he did between 2000 and 2002.
Wasn't hustler a track from 2003?
-
yea hustler came out after obies album and power of the dollar wasn't released, he was dropped from columbia after getting blasted. The album was alot better than the shit he puts out now lyrically.
-
well i guess you could kinda say that Power Of Da Dollar was 50īs first album coz itīs the first album peeps actually done heard from him. but he did a whole album when he was on JMJ Records that never been released. lmao at Columbia sellin the rights to Power Of Da Dollar to Interscope, damn they some dumb motherfuckers over there at Columbia/Sony. if they wouldīve released this album after GRODT dropped they couldīve made a gang of cash.
-
yeah "bonafied hustler" was one of the best tracks on bucks album. 50 came with it

I know that, but I was just responding to those saying this is the standout track on the album.
