I bumped this album one week ago and it reminded me how dope this album was and still is. Do u know why it never came out?

king T didnt want to wait that long... or any longer to be more accurate
so he decided to bounce and took all his work with em
u can see him regretting this move in his interviews

After "Dr. Dre Presents" came out and didn't do very well, people were questioning Dre's skills. So there was A LOT of pressure on him for his next release. He hadn't had a real big hit in 2 years or so. So he recorded "Thy Kingdom Come", and sent it out to the magazines (The Source, Rolling Stone ect.), and they gave it bad reviews, and mentioned that Dre was falling off, so he decided not to put it out.
Looking back on it now, it was a good move for Dre.
