^^^^That would be Steve Rifkind.
He's the CEO of SRC (Street Records Corporation)...they're the ones who put out Terror Squad's album.

I can't remember hearing a song from Topic though...did Dubcnn put up a song from him?

Is this the same Topic that appeared on WC's ''Westside Heavy Hitter'' mixtape? If so, that dude can definately spit. He killed the ''Thief's Theme'' beat.
