SUCKS!!!!
Besides "The Wash" with Snoop, the two dopest beats Dre has rapped on in the last year weren't even produced by him, those being "On the BLVD." and "Bad Intentions"....i remember when we all heard those songs we were all like Dre is changing up his style and coming with something new, only to find out that Jelly Roll and Mahogany did those joints.....
Damn, DRE DOES comes with it on the remix to the classic Rolling Stones song "Miss You"....the beat is very similar to The Watcher, but nonetheless this is Dre's catchiest beat in a minute (or a year).......haven't really felt much he has rapped on lately.
Damn, i pray Dre has something up his sleeve for Rakim's joint, because for the most part i can't really feel his shit right now (even though he is the best ever)......i mean, i can't believe "Multiply" is a single, that is crazy. Way below what we have come to expect from Dre, as it seems Xzibits whole sampler is............

Have you heard his production on Devin's album... I think that's dope ish right there .... hear me nephew?
-Big BpG
-
Fuck this
just wait for his new shit and stop trippin of this shit all the time

Hasn't it been done for a while tho? I thought that his devin production reminded me of one of the tracks he did with Bilal...
-
I second that, but he did have a couple good beats like Business, Push Play, Lose Your Mind, and Miss You.. hopefully he will comewith some good production on Rakim's CD
-
I know you guys think that Dre has slipped of late but look out. There is a big storm brewing at the aftermath camp and it will start with Rakims album then he will blow your mind with Detox.Trust me this will be his best album ever!!
-
the track he produced for bilal ('fast lane') is tight as hell, better than bad intentions or on the blvd., i'd say...
-
2 words= Just Wait
-
dre co-produced Bad Intentions, in an interview knoc-turn'al said that mahogany brought the beat to dre and then dre added all the sound effects, flutes etc. Mahogany only came up with that beat at the beginning of it
-
i dont think his current shit sucks
his stuff has just gotten a lil old, and this old stuff is still better then most producers
but i still i reckon dre will do with detox what he did with 2001
just a big fuck you to everyone that said he fell off.
Peace.
-
unbeleivable, dre still creates great beats, but because sometimes he's a bit experimenting and sometimes uses "old" beats similar to 2001 people already begin calling his production isn't that good anymore. I thought 2001 proved everybody who said he fell off wrong and learn from that. If you think dre fell off keep your mouth till after detox.
-
I'm glad that Dre didn't produce those joints, beacuse i'm not feelin' them like other Dre songs...
Just kick back and wait for Dre's new shit and y'all will be glad!
-
Don't sweat it. I'm sure Dre's winding down with his "2001" sound and beginning to show us what "Detox" will be all about with "Oh My God."
Just remember the songs thay preceeded "2001," like the ones of Em's first joint. Those beats were nothing special at all.
-
I Don't understand, why do they put in credits if asses like the one who wrote this don't read them!!! On The Blvd. was produced by dre. remember its ok to read it won't hurt :o
-
Hey Phenixx, i am "ASS" who wrote this "one", .......is On The Boulevard really produced by Dre? I always thought it was Jelly ROll, i still haven't got around to gettin the Wash......
Anyway, i still feel Dre's beats and shit, i just want to blow our minds, and i am tired of waiting. I remember when he first went to The Aftermath, the sound was dope but just not incredible....that's how it feels right now. Hopefully, things will pick up again...
-
Dannm!! I'd hate to be Dre.....
The expectation's yall' put on him are incredible.
For his next lp he shall walk on wax.
Turn water into rhyme.....lol
No-one can be on a track, produce a rapper or be an impact in whatever he does like Dre.....period. (In hip-hop)
His sound's are always off the chain's, just people expect way to much from him.....way to much.
We can't deny tho..
Dre is the tightest producer ever in hip-hop bar-none. IMO... ;)
Come release day we'll see the Dre is god post's again, like right before "The Wash" came out....lol
and the downloads way ahead of time telling us how "Dope" or "Tight" the track is......The Watcher is watching...lol
Dre keep doing that dannm! thang!!!
Peace

You Dre diccriders are incredible. I am as big of a Dre fan as the next guy, but for you to sit there and deny that his latest stuff is subpar is just crazy. He has slowly been falling off since 1995. Up to that year, he never put out anything that wasn't the bomb. Now, he puts out some unlistenable crap like the "Say What You Say" with Eminem and tons of average, but forgetable, stuff like "MUltiply"and pretty much everything else he has done this year.
Face it, we will never hear anymore "Nuthing But A G Thing"'s, "Straight Outta Compton"'s, or "California Love"'s from Dre ever again. The greatest producer of all time has now been reduced to a run of the mill beatmaker.
Props to TeeCee for speaking the truth.
-
I dont think Dre has lost it, but he will show us why he is the greatest producer... and the reason why we expect so much out of dre becauseof all the damn time he takes to make albums..
-
actually on the boulevard was produced by scorch storch.

You people retarded, Jelly Roll produced it, not Scott Storch or Dre.
-
WELCOME TO THE HOUSE VOL.1 is the proof.....snoop doesn't needs dre no more
-
I'm just not feelin' the things you're saying'...
I think Dre keeps comin' up with tight beats and if you're not feelin' it now
- Yeah, just wait!!!!
