It's gotta be between Ras Kass and Crooked I, and I'd have to give Ras the edge cuz he's just deeper mentally.

Pac's not really from the west, so I personally don't really count him as a west coast artist. He's just Pac, lol.

yukmouth is underated as well he is one of the few rappers that has gotten better with age. he comes hard on everything he breathe's on YUKMOUTH is the king of the west right now in regards to quality music he is alot better lyrically then he gets credit for but Crooked I is the best lyricist in the west right now.
