i thought it was kinda weird for yuk to call out bad azz's name specifically in the "where u at" track, since im not too familiar on any history behind the two... although they did collaborate a couple times, i remember they were in the same track on young noble's album. in my opinion, this is the only possible good that can come out of this recent yukmouth vs los angeles beef. two of the west's most underappreciated mcs goin at it lyrically.

yuk gets a bit annoying with his whining and screaming in his songs. he is good tho.

Yuk isn't the second coming of KRS, but he's a beast on the mic. Bad gets a LITTLE too much love around here for nothing. His albums ain't even that hot.

He's rocked with everyone from Diddy to G Rap to E-40 to TechN9ne and has ALWAYS held his own.

bad azz doesn't have the same lyrical dexterity as yuk.  "u don't wanna be broke", his verse on "clap yo handz" or "everyday" was heat, but he really isn't fucking with yuk like that.  cats act like they haven't heard yuk spit.

Maybe because Daz & Game is more like clowns that you can't take too seriously, but Yuk doesn't come off that comical..  :D

There's another thread around here comparing Yukmouth to Daz.  Well this is a much better comparison.  I like Bad Azz' ability to freak a laid back Cali track (4 door Cadillac/ How we Get Down) but Yuk wins this battle in a close overtime victory.  That nigga Yuk is(was) a beast.  Yuk is part of a handful of cats out here on the West that make you want to rewind his verses.

imo bad has more depth lyrically (and has a much titer voice) but yuk can release a much harder diss (only person i recall bad azz beefin with is kurupt)

Yuk is a street lyricist. He's like Kool G Rap, Big L etc. He's not a deep, but neither is Bad. Bad is NOT a Common type emcee.
