Title: Dumb Laws of the Week

Here are this weeks dumb laws. Remember that these laws either exist now and are enforced, or still exist but aren't enforced. They DO/DID exist though.

Arkansas, Little Rock: No one may “suddenly start or stop” their car at a McDonald’s.

California, Fresno: Elementary schools may not host poker tournaments.

Virginia, Richmond: It is illegal to flip a coin in a restaurant to see who pays for a coffee.

well, the bottom 2 are just cuz they're not licensed to gamble.   
Its probably not legal to play black jack in the bathtub either.
