Title: Fans Hire Stripper to Inspire Team

'The Unofficial Odense', a group of supporters of Danish side Odense BK, decided to turn up at their team's training ground with a whip-cracking stripper and a banner saying 'Sex is more fun when you win'.

Spokesman Jakob Jensen explained: "The team has been lacking spirit, so we thought this would whip up some enthusiasm." Team captain Nicolai Stokholm certainly approved: "It was a good initiative. It is important to us to feel that our fans are backing us, and this was obvious proof that they do." Coach Troels Bech said: "It was quite unusual. I thought it was an OK idea, and it helped to unite us with our fans."

Unfortunately, it didn't help Odense, who could only draw 0-0 in their next home game. Perhaps they had other things on their minds.

My baseball team needs some unity. I say we replace the umpires with stippers.
