Title: Dumb Laws of the Week

Here are this weeks dumb laws. Remember that these laws either exist now and are enforced, or still exist but aren't enforced. They DO/DID exist though. Thanks

Illinois, Carbondale: No one may stand on the sidewalk on the 500 block of Illinois Ave.

Arizona, Mohave County: A decree declares that anyone caught stealing soap must wash himself with it until it is all used up.

Georgia, USA: Members of the state assembly cannot be ticketed for speeding while the state assembly is in session

United States - posession, posession with intent to sell, constructive posession, and use of cannabis plant bud marijuana is illegal and can entail felony charges, which can result in imprisonment and/or fine.
