AZ Alkmaar coach Co Adriaanse has moved to play down media reports linking him with the manager's job at Scottish giants Celtic.
The Dutch coach is leaving the Alkmaarder Hout at the end of the season despite a hugely successful season with AZ that has seen them progress to the Uefa Cup semi-finals and fly high in the Eredivisie.
He is to be replaced by Louis van Gaal and has since held talks with German outfit Cologne and Portuguese giants Porto but has denied that Celtic have been in touch, stating that he may even be without a club next season.
Adriaanse told Dutch newspaper AD Sportwereld: "Celtic are a very nice club but I haven't signed anything. But it is very possible that I won't have a club next season.
"I am very happy that I will have a contract as an analyst for Channel Tien next season."
Channel Tien are a new Dutch television station that have secured the rights to show Eredivisie matches next season.

When u consider WIGAN have just been given £25 million to spend on new players for next season & the fact Celtic are struggling to meet Newcastle's £6 million asking price for Craig Bellamy i think it makes Martin O'Neill's achievements @ Celtic in recent years more substantial than that of AZ.
AZ had a fantastic EUFA cup run, I know that. They were extremely unlucky to go out in the semi finals after scoring 3 goals in the return leg and it was sad to see them knocked out like that. Just don't act out ur bitterness of being eliminated by having an uncalled for cheap shot at Celtic.
