Over the past 10 weeks I've been doing a weight loss system.  I dont call it a diet but its more of a lifestyle change.  and it works really good too.  you never go hungry and its all good high quality food.  well this program combined with hittin the gym 6 days a week, ive lost a total of 42 pounds and 26 inches combined of my waist, legs, thighs, hips, chest and upper arms.  My trainer has also told me that ive put on 10 pounds of muscle as well.  i feel a shit load better, i look better, my skin is better and sex is better.

damn thats good going..

i started going to the gym in mid february.. i've made no diet changes whatsoever..

so far i've lost 9 pounds.  i was 13 stone 9 pounds when i started. now i'm at 13 stone dead on.

i'm defnitely fitter all around in a general and physical fashion. i also find i have more energy a lot of the time. my arms are also noticeably bigger than before.
