Title: Ong Bak: thoughts?

... overhyped in my opinion.

Amazing action sequences and the guy clearly could be a star... but the quality of everything apart from the fights was appalling, which would be OK if there weren't such long gaps between the action sequences.

I also think it's the kind of film that's actually wasted in the cinema... reckon it would work a lot better on DVD with a bunch of mates and beers...

the stuff he did in the fight scenes was amazing but like other dude said it wasn't good outside of that.  that dude in the movie is the truth.
