1. The West Coast would still be on top.
2. Jay-Z, DMX, Ja-Rule would all be no-names and at best average, gold selling artists.
3. Aftermath would still be as successful as it's been.
4. Death Row would still be on top, and working closely with 2pac's imprint Makevelli Records.
5. Artists would be able to sell millions without radio and video support, and MTV would be forced to play records that may be considered "controversial" by mainstreem standards.
6. Pac would put out records every 3 years, and sell 4 million every time out.
7. Death Row, Aftermath, and Bad Boy would all be rivals, making for some great music, and diss tracks, Biggie would still be alive and on top of the East Coast.
8. No Limit would have only had 60% of the success they enjoyed in 97-99. And Cash Money would have had 60% of the record sales they've enjoyed over the past few years.
9. Snoop, Warren G, Daz, Kurupt, and all other big named West Coast artists would be dominating the charts and selling almost double the records they've sold without Pac carrying the West Coast banner.

Dimu and I were talking about this the other day...
DJ Quik and Tupac would have gotten together (off death row I think) and made one of the most meaningfull, artistic records ever to come out. (Quik producing, Pac rapping) Other rappers would be forced to take their mediocre and subpar records back to the drawing board and try and copy them.
-
*2pac would've been in Jail for Killin Biggie
*The Real Doggystyle Records compilation would've been release
*East Coast/West coast Beef

If Pac was stlil alive he would've "Fallen off" in the eyes of the fans and would never be considered as the G.O.A.T.

'Pac has always been the G.O.A.T to me, and i'm sure he was to alot of other fans that have followed him from early on in his career. & I doubt very much he would of fallen off as he was getting better and better with every release.
I think that if he survived the last shooting that he would of possibly left music for a while and slowed down alot, and with this I think he would of possibly got into movies even more so than before. I think if he was still acting he would eventually be regarded as one of the best contemporary black actors.

ya'll got too much thing wrong, if pac was alive not so many thing would have change fo sure, but the game as we know now would have been the same , cause the world would have discover eminem or jay-z even tho pac was there... plus forget about the row and makavelli collabos suge doesn't wanted pac to go out of tha row, and pac didn't like suge as much as he let ya'll know ... nobody know fo sure what the game would be now so ....

He's kinda gotta point there, 'cause we'll never know what could have been if he was still alive. This is bit of a wierd example but lets say Dre died after he released 'The Chronic', would he have been considered more of a hip hop great/more real? Of course. Pac died at the height of his career, you never know what he could have done from late '96 - 2002.
How would the Game be different if Pac was alive?
I don't know 'bout the rest of ya's, but if Pac was still alive I would have liked to see him work with Dre on a few tracks again. They never really worked together when he was alive but when they did they put out some blazin' tracks. Cali Love, Can't C Me.

TechN9ne would have blown up by now...
Rap would not be so "material" like it is now
A lot more diss songs
We would probably have 7 or 8 2Pac albums of new material by now
-
The game would be like this. 'Pac was already considered the G.O.A.T. before he died on the westcoast. I knew many people calling him the G.O.A.T. when All Eyez On Me drop, I waited until Makaveli 'cause to me that was what I was waiting for after Me Against the World, but he died by then. :( The game was not meant for 'Pac now, as everything he said less of, it happened. He talked about the moment hip-hop became about what people got, and just partying, it's over, 'cause hip-hop lost it's edge, and that would kill hip-hop. He basically predicted what would happen to hip-hop, and all after his death. The game was not meant for him now. People would see him as the one that caused trouble, and tried to avoid him. But in the end, I think after more albums like Makaveli, Me Against the World, and All Eyez On Me, people would have to see him as the G.O.A.T.

LOL@ S.G.V. saying everyone and their mom would be yelling Thug Life, as if it isn't bad enough already, that shit would be even more out of hand if 2pac was alive, but it's better then this bitch shit materialistic bullshit that's going on.

Suge knight would not have gone to prison
Death Row would have never fallen off
We probably wouldn't have all this beefing in the west between dpg and Death Row
