50 Cent just broke himself into video directing by helming Olivia's "Twist It" and he may be calling the shots for a track off of his own LP, The Massacre. He wants people to see visuals for "Baltimore Love Thing."
"Being able to direct a video is completing the vision," Fif explained. "I'll be able to take the music and the images I feel and go exactly with it as opposed to somebody else putting their little visual ideas to the music. I gotta shoot a video for ['Baltimore Love Thing']. That's my favorite record, so before this record ends, I'mma shoot that. That record will definitely have its moment."

So does that make Baltimore Love Thing his next single? That's actually kinda wack.
-
Tight, I love this song. This is actually gonna be a top 40 single that doesn't rhyme party with bacardi or talk about cars or bitches. nice!
-
i always imagined this video having a "beware the judderman" vibe to it(UK ppl might remeber the advert)
-
this song grew on me, i gotta give that bitch some credit for this track. he did a good job with the personification. the chorus is nice too
-
well thats crazy hes putting this as a single
if this does well it'll show others they can put out dope singles that wont appeal to at 8 year old all the time
-
I give him credit for going a different route. It'll be interesting to see how this plays out.
-
good choice one of the best songs on the album
-
i think its like his "stan" single, alot of critics thought eminem was rubbish before he released stan, i think ppl will realise 50 can produce something good if he spends time on it
-
i think this song is poor compared to other concept songs like "I Used To Love Her", "I Gave You Power", "Me And My Girlfriend", etc.
Cam'ron already used this concept and flipped it way better on "D Rugs".
Well i'm glad to see 50 at least attempt at something "creative" and putting out a "street" video.

If he is gunna release this then I dont see why he doesnt release So Amazing instead. I mean thats a summer song that everyone would feel. Cant see A Baltimore Love Thing doing fuck all for his album sales.
-
yeah Ja Rule's song "So Amazing featuring Ashanti would probably be a better single...
oops I mean 50 featuring Olivia
