roscoe is definitely one of the best in my opinion. He actually makes what he is saying up on the spot, unlike others whose freestyles are 70% written and 30% off the dome. if you heard the wakeup show with him about 4 months back, the wakeup show crew retired three beats he spit over because he destroyed them. he was spitting for like 15 minutes straight.

roscoe was actually pretty good.. he stayed on subject and made them rhyme. though those rhymes was quite usual but still.. 95% of these so called hot artists can't even get close to that.. never heard that dylan bfore but he had nice flow. BUT still a years away from project blowed etc.
