thats definately dre's most lyrical song, I wonder who wrote it. You think kurupt, DOC and maybe snoop?
-
J-Flex

Sam Sneed, J-Flex, A. Brown, G. Chisolm, C. Cooks & S. Robinson.

Sam Sneed is credited as a co-producer, A. Brown, G. Chisolm, C. Cooks & S. Robinson, were credited for the sample. So by elimination, J-Flex is the only name left. Sam Sneed could have wrote on it too tho I guess.

who is a. brown, c. cooks and s. robinson?
-
ust because of what is listed in the credits doesn't really mean anything to me. kinda hard to say if I believe J Flexx wrote it because he doesn't have enough material to judge from. the lyrics definately sound like some shit from kurupt back then.

I dont have a clue who they are. But yes, they're probably credited for the sampled track. Sam Sneed is credited for the lyrics also, i think. So it's Sam and J-Flex. And Dre, obviously. But like the dude said you never see ghost writers credited in the songs, so..
-
Yeah was bumpin this today for the first time in years, and I was thinkin about how fuckin funny this song is. "Get popped like a pimple, so call me Clearasil" ;D
-
I was thinkin' Sam Sneed wrote it but it could be J-Flexx too...

- Dre did the beat, with enough input from Sam Sneed to title him as
a co producer, and J. Flex wrote the lyrics. And cats talked about Dre stealing
credit, the proof's in the credits themselves.

it's not that they didn't get credit, it's that they didn't get publishing.
-
but everyone apart from Dre was on Suge Publishing weren't they?
