lots of ways to do it but ill let u kno how i made that game 1...

1st. got file i wanted to make animated .gif from

2nd. downloaded sum trial version of a program that captures still images from mpegs (Fx Joiner Splitter was name of program)

3rd. used flash 5 to put images into correct sequence then published movie

i kno there must b easier ways to do it than that but thats how i made that 1...
