The last beat that was produced by Dr. Dre & Mel-Man was Bilal's "Sally", which came out in 2001. Nevertheless, Mel-Man worked on Aftermath projects for that year and 2002 as well, and they had a falling out in 2003. Apparently Mel left Aftermath, along with musician Ron Feemster a.k.a. Neff-U and his uncle Big Chuck, who worked as an executive on the label. Now it looks like Mel-Man is back at Aftermath, according to several reports\rumors from last year. I'm almost convinced that the "Che Vicious" cat that's listed on recent Aftermath credits is indeed Mel-Man. They got the same exact publishing title.

che vicious is not mel man
http://chevicious.com/
also know as che guevara and che pope
i believe that is correct.
-
what was the cause of the fall-out
$$$$$ ?
or
creative differences

If he really is back with Aftermath, can Mellow-man confirm this?
-

I think that it was because Joe Beast got dropped... That's what I heard.
-
MEL-MAN is working with Damani on his album, but he is still making beats, its just no one is calling him...same with Bud'da and Sam Sneed, which all are from Pittsburgh, Bud'da brought Mel-Man to Aftermath and Sam Sneed and Bud'da are cousins or real tight homise or some shit...But yeah Joe Beast was Mel-MAn's artist, and if you look at the "NO" song Mel-Man is credited as sole producer and writer, so im pretty sure he was tryin to blow this kid up with all he had...
