he picks beats that are good from a commercial perspective,he has what might be the best story of all time in hip hop,he makes catchy hooks,he´s backed by Eminem and Dr.Dre,Jimmy Iovine puts up a whole lot of money behind every single thing that 50 does etc etc. i could go on for days why 50 sells more records then Kurupt,DPG or pretty much anyone that makes rap/hip hop music.

i feel you but 50's laid back flow is really popular, there's no denying that. it's perfect music to just groove to in a club with some females if you feel me. and kurupt aint flowing over a scott storch beat indian styled beat which again, ultra popular stuff with the ladies/club scene/whatever.

I thought the same thing the first time I saw it
I realized he wasn't saying anything that made sense
and was saying the lamest stuff, even I could come up with it
I'm not a hater of the guy, but he's not too good and if in years from now
he gets real good recognition like a legend would, then that would be sad

I agree, shit's wack, he dumb's himself down bigtime. Too bad if his flow was tight and he had lyrics like a early jigga/nas or something he could be one of the best mainstream rappers out right now. but that's always been his achilles heel, his lyrics, i actually liked his flow on grodt, it wasn't perfect but it was alright. but now his flow is awful, listen to get in my car for proof

A good song is one that has it all, a good beat and a good flow. 50s okay, I'm not a fan, if it weren't for Dre, I wouldn't even bother. Bring on Detox!
