It has to be a rip. I have that 12 inch and it sounds exactly the same!!! Plus this wouldn't be any kinda new release, I've seen this "promo" goin around for a while now.

TKM - What "40 Glock Shit" are u talkin bout? Is it a new Dre track? I have a vinyl with Gun & Juice b/w Sunshine. It's aight. Dre's on the production I believe while Snoop flows.
