Title: Emre Signs For Newcastle

Inter midfielder Emre Belozoglu has announced that he will complete a £4 million move to Newcastle.

The Turkish international will sign a £60,000-a-week contract subject to him passing a medical and obtaining a work permit.

“I’m now a Newcastle player and I believe I’ll be a success there,” he said.

“I’m very happy I’m going to a big club which has a great tradition.”

A host of English clubs were said to be interested in Emre who struggled for first-team football at Inter last season.

Emre is not a bad player. I think he'll perform pretty well in the Premiership..
