Title: Best Ghetto/White Trash Meals ?

Fruited Tuna Fish Sandwich
From:    Christyne, Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada
   
Servings:   4 sandwiches

Ingredients   Preparation

    * 2 [7 1/2-ounce / 210-g each] cans tuna fish packed in water or in broth
    * 2 red or green apples, grated
    * 3 tablespoons [45 mL] mayonnaise
    * 2 tablespoons [30 mL] crunchy or creamy peanut butter
    * Pepper, to taste
    * 8 slices dark rye bread slices
    * 4 Romaine or green leaf lettuce leaves

    * Well drain tuna fish; mix together with grated apples, mayonnaise and peanut butter.
    * Season with pepper.
    * Spread mixture over 4 slices dark rye bread slices; cover with remaining dark rye bread slices.
    * Air-tight wrap and refrigerate.
    * Well dry lettuce leaves; store separately.
    * For crunchier lettuce leaves, add lettuce leaves just before serving.

that sounds fuckin nasty

btw do white trash people actually have apples and lettuce in their kitchen?  or do they ever have that many ingredients in the house at one time?

Well that was a post from Canadian white trash I think they eat more fruit in Canada  ;D

^^Damn, how could i forget SPAM!!! Seriously, when my dad broke his leg and we were in danger of losing our house, and we were low on money, my mom would cook miracles with SPAM, spamwhich, spam and eggs for breakfast, spam & rice, spam cut up in little pieces for lunch or snacks, damn....i havent had spam in YEARS though....
