okay i serioulsy want to know how units both of these albums have pushed but i can't find it out newhere, and i know that the bullshit riaa shit is wrong cuz it has doggystyle at 5 million(bigtime off) and the chronic at 3 million(big time off). So if neone on this board has an educated guess or are pretty sure on the amount both of these albums have sold just holla back.

RIAA is off, but they're not off by as much as you think.
Chronic=5 million
Doggystyle=6 million
My friend works for SoundScan, and he gives me the most accurate numbers you can find anywhere. Alot of people here will say these numbers are too low, but when you think about it, not really. Doggystyle initially sold over 4 million, by the middle of 94', and then it fell off the charts by the beginning of 95'. So, for it to sell about 2 million units in the last 6 years is pretty much on par. It doesnt sound like alot, but I dont know if yall realize how much 2 million really is, lol. The album still sells mad units today, but it recently fell of the hip hop catalog charts a few weeks ago. The Chronic, however, still remains on the catalog charts, along with about 4 of Pac's albums [AEOM, MATW, Makaveli, and GH], both of Biggie's first two albums, Reasonable Doubt, Eminem's first two albums, E.1999 Eternal, Illmatic, Chronic 2001, and some RnB albums.
The top 3 selling "older" rap albums as of last week were The Marshall Mathers LP, All Eyez On Me, and E.1999 Eternal.
